Norma Jamal

Norma Jamal is an experienced educator who has spent over 10 years supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and a Teaching Diploma, and has completed 80 hours of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework, along with specialized training in behavior management and alternative communication strategies.

Throughout her career, Norma has worked closely with children with diverse communication and behavioral needs and various learning differences. She has extensive experience in adapting educational approaches and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams.

Norma is passionate about creating structured, compassionate classroom environments that celebrate each child’s strengths and foster growth at their own pace. Her dedication to inclusive education continues to make a positive impact in the lives of exceptional learners and their families.
